Client Operations Support Professional

What does a successful Client Operations Support Professional do?
As a Client Operations Support Professional at Fiserv, you will manage day-to-day interactions with a specific client base and collaborate with internal production, technology, and development teams. You will be responsible for fostering client relationships, overseeing project management, and ensuring the daily reconciliation and validation of work supporting the production facility. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can showcase strong relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills.


What you will do:

  • Develop positive relationships with key client personnel by fostering open communication and providing regular follow-up as needed.
  • Provide client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answering questions, and resolving client issues related to products and services.
  • Navigate systems to answer customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Make recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends.
  • Provide flexible assistance through cross-training and support to surpass customer satisfaction and service level goals.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients.
  • Process numerous transactions to send and receive information while ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned work.
  • Prepare periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status in an accurate and timely manner.


What you will need to have:

  • 2+ years client services or client facing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM systems or client support platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office, including Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills.


What would be great to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL databases.
  • 3+ years of experience with Fiserv products and services.
  • Relevant certification in customer service or support (e.g., HDI Customer Service Representative).
  • Excellent math and Excel skills to provide client quotes, billing, and reconciliation.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
