Site is located in Stillwater, OK and we require this Project Manager to reside in Stillwater (or within 30-minute commute) or relocate within a ~30-day timeframe - relocation assistance provided!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Optimize Operations: Manage budgets effectively and find innovative ways to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients and team members to exceed service expectations.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee the cleanliness and safety of facilities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
• Lead with Purpose: Mentor your team, promoting professional development and creating a supportive, motivated work environment.
• Champion Compliance: Uphold safety, compliance, and ethical standards, reflecting our core values in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish needed
• Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years of supervisory experience in custodial or facilities services, with a track record of managing at least 40 employees.
• Environment: experience working in a campus environment, servicing multiple sites 
• Skills: Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Technical Know-How: Strong digital literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, and a valid Driver’s License.
• Live in or able to relocate to Stillwater, OK. Relocation assistance available!

Pay: $70,000 salary, with potential to increase to $75,000 with proven experience within three to six months.
