WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Review and approval of billing and revenue accuracy of sales orders being entered into financial systems
• Maintain quality reviews in a high volume transactional environment
• Perform month end reconciliations and reviews between all revenue cycle systems
• Assist with financial audits and SOX compliance
• Work with deal desk/sales/legal to ensure accuracy in various systems across the Business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
• Help lead the quarterly & year end audits and be a point of contact for our external auditors
• Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly close procedures
• Assist in maintaining SOX compliance in their respective processes

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (mix of public accounting and/or SaaS industry experience)
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and SOX compliance requirements
• Experience with reading and interpreting contractual language 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet tight timelines; able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in Salesforce (or any similar CRM), NetSuite and/or Zuora is preferred
• Ability to undertake other ad hoc analyses and special projects as required
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $95,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $105,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
