Strategic Account Manager (New England)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Strategic Account Manager will provide clinical insight and educational support/training on the technical applications of company products. This role will provide technical training in the hospital environment.
LOCATION: The territory for this role includes the New England area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners to offer Natera’s portfolio of tests.

Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, Lab Directors and Senior Management of Partner Labs

Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors

Effectively work with Natera CFS team in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships

Implement strategy based on field input, market assessments and trends in order to develop a plan which is consistently implementing "Best Practices".

Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).

This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.

Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.

Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements
- Travel Requirements: 50%+ (1-2 overnights per week)
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Minimum 3 Years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business (preferably in a genetics laboratory)

Minimum of 3 years successful sales management/consulting experience calling on Women's Health accounts

Proven track record of success in developing new markets, launching new products and increasing revenue quickly.

Award winning management/consulting track record.

Market knowledge and experience in reproductive health preferred.

Effective time management skills required

The total on-target earnings (OTE) include a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition to OTE, the compensation package also offers a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$190,000—$220,000 USD
