Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Summer Intern to assist with data entry and filing. This role provides hands-on experience in basic accounting tasks and document management. Ideal for students pursuing Accounting or Finance, this internship offers exposure to real-world financial processes in a corporate setting.

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for accounting records.

• Assist with filing and organizing financial documents.

• Support basic bookkeeping and transaction recording.

• Help maintain accurate accounts payable/receivable records.

• Provide general support to the accounting team.

The anticipated compensation range is

18.00 - 30.00 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
