Sr. Collections Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. Collections Specialist to be a part of our World Headquarters team. This critical role focuses on optimizing cash flow by ensuring the prompt collection of clients’ accounts receivable. Key responsibilities include resolving disputes and maintaining a high level of research, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.  A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Management of a fluid portfolio of balances at various stages of delinquency
• Direct contact with clients via phone and or email
• Fact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolution
• Working with a variety of teammates and stakeholders throughout the organization to resolve complex issues impeding payment
• Collaborating with teammates to continually refine and improve processes and procedures
• Providing a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

• GED/high school diploma
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in the context of a professional setting
• Fully competent in MS Office programs

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud-based ERPs (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
• Collections experience with SaaS, particularly in Healthcare Technology sector
• Previous experience within a professional service firm
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to accept, create and manage change
