Sr. Collections Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. Collections Specialist to be a part of our World Headquarters team. This critical role focuses on optimizing cash flow by ensuring the prompt collection of clients’ accounts receivable. Key responsibilities include resolving disputes and maintaining a high level of research, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Management of a fluid portfolio of balances at various stages of delinquency
- Direct contact with clients via phone and or email
- Fact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolution
- Working with a variety of teammates and stakeholders throughout the organization to resolve complex issues impeding payment
- Collaborating with teammates to continually refine and improve processes and procedures
- Providing a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- GED/high school diploma
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in the context of a professional setting
- Fully competent in MS Office programs
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERPs (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- Collections experience with SaaS, particularly in Healthcare Technology sector
- Previous experience within a professional service firm
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to accept, create and manage change
