Maintenance Tech-Full-Time(Bettendorf)

Supports the Facilities Department by assisting with work requests. completing all assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs preventive maintenance tasks.
• Completes and maintains preventive maintenance reports.
• Assists maintenance technicians in completion of tasks and to learned techniques methods and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Basic Mechanical abilities with the use of hand tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTS

• Frequent standing, walking, use hands to handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Able to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• The team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, variable indoor temperatures, smoke, lighting and noise levels.
