Position Summary

This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within their branch.

Regional Managers take Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success and profitability of their branches. They must maintain situational awareness of all ongoings at all sites and develop creative solutions to challenges to business efficiency, employee relations and customer satisfaction.

As the designated leader within your branch, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrate Care through quality service and clear communications to new and existing customers
  • Take Ownership of all customer sites and employees
  • Conduct site visits and note observations
  • Perform customer investigations and develop corrective action plans
  • Coach on-site leadership to uphold customer service standards
  • Enforce clear expectations and actively holding the leadership team to those expectations
  • Actively train and Empower leaders to manage their direct reports
  • Provide discipline to employees as needed and clearly document your approach and conversation highlights
  • Manage employee performance and career advancement through Transparent leadership
  • Complete performance reviews for employees at the 30, 60 and 90-day mark to assess areas of improvement and progress over time
  • Liaise with upper management and human resources
  • Develop your team and identify new leadership talent
  • Record and report employee performance issues and counsel through the use of company values, vision, and quality keys
  • Build strong rapport with customer through responsive and Honest communication
  • Provide constructive feedback and criticism to employees
  • Foster strong professional relationships and exercise Transparent and Honest communication with all subordinates and colleagues
  • Other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and foster a sense of control
  • Flexible schedule to support various shifts and locations
  • An energetic and achievement-oriented attitude
  • A dedication to customer service and an “expert-level” of knowledge about clients
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to travel within the operating region
