Pension Administration Senior Professional

The U.S. Pension Administration Team is responsible for the administration and delivery of pension benefits to over 230K participants. .
The Benefits/Pension Administration Sr. Professional is responsible for supporting the administration of the firm’s Cash Balance Pension Plan. Responsibilities include processing any stop and reissue of pension payments, projection estimates, prepare monthly mailings, initiate distribution requests and execute pension cases while meeting service levels and maintaining regulatory and plan compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a background in benefits administration or similar operations experience, and demonstrated strength in performing data and case analysis, while effectively interacting with plan participants.
Job responsibilities
• Process retirement services cases and ensure completion within the required service levels
• Support customer experience objectives
• Prepare and review calculations
• Processing and delivery of communications to plan participants on a monthly basis
• Work on a various projects and responsibilities as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Ability to work independently to meet established service level agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced customer service oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through and resolve outstanding issues
• Ability to follow operating procedures and apply rules to processes and calculations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze, research, and resolve complex issues
• Proficient with Microsoft products; including Word and Excel
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentially
• Demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter, and works well in a team setting
