What you’ll do as the Associate Director of Integrations at Deel:

• Lead the onboarding organizations internal product strategy.

• Create models and plans for how we tie customer products and Deel products together, particularly focusing on:

  • Customer Experience

  • Time to onboard

  • Process consistency

• Drive metrics across our Integrations team.

• Report out on business needs. Don’t just drive the current process - determine what your team needs for success and advocate for it.

• Work with onboarding leadership to create a single platform feel for all customers - improving retention.

Some key qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting.

• Experience in project management: you have led large detailed projects, and have also led teams that have led large detailed projects.

• You have a track record of achieving metrics, and have developed and deployed successful expansion plans.

• You have a record of introducing and launching new technologies/strategies into existing operating models.

• You have a relentless execution ethic and lots of energy.  

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.

• Have experience working on a remote team. 

• Have experience working at a high growth start-up or scale-up.

• Have Fintech or HRtech experience.

• Are multilingual.
