We add value by improving the working relationship between design and development (by streamlining our workflow and speaking the same “language”), showing the business impact of our design system and by improving the customer experience of Nordea’s products and services. As a Design System Frontend Developer, you’ll play a valuable role in continuously evolving and developing Nordea’s Design System, working actively with designers, developers and stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Create, evolve, maintain and ensure quality with our design system components</li> <li>Be a technical evangelist by communicating the benefits of Nordea's Design System to technical stakeholders</li> <li>Help improve the tools and services our team provides for the community (designers and developers)</li> <li>Strive to ensure quality with production deployment; ensure accessibility becomes second nature with development</li> <li>Help the design community by onboarding designers to different test environments and to help explain rudimentary development semantics to designers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You’ll join an awesome multidisciplinary team called Testdreiv where the team members are super pumped/enthusiastic about the work they do and are autonomous. The work we do is visible and affects ~9,5 million customers across the Nordics</li> <li>Can articulate your thoughts well and explain your decisions to different disciplines (i.e. management, designers, developers)</li> <li>Enthusiastic about your work and the potential it has</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your experience and background:</p> <ul> <li>+5 of professional experience in Angular &amp; React</li> <li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript</li> <li>Experience in creating reusable web components</li> <li>Knowledge with accessibility (I.e.
