What you bring

Allianz Consulting seeks candidates with a sense of curiosity and ambition who can excel through collaboration. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges
• At least 5 years of consulting, corporate strategy and/or operational experience with an emphasis on Life insurance and annuities
• Solid Life insurance & annuity market knowledge and experience with key business processes
• A track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting services
• Business finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case development
• Program / project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Exhibits accountability and sense of urgency to help our clients to achieve their goals
• Ability to teach and mentor colleagues and help develop junior staff
• Embrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving
• University degree, preferably an advanced degree from a leading institution 
• Outstanding communications skills:  Writing, producing, and presenting deliverables
• Demonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• The annualized base pay range for this role is $110,000-140,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate.
