Talent Acquisition Specialist - GTM

About The Role

If so, SaaS Labs is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our hiring efforts for GTM (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams.
Your mission? Scout, engage and hire A-players with proven B2B/SaaS experience who will help scale our global operations. You'll own the entire recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

📍 Location: Bangalore

What You’ll Do

•  Be a hiring partner: Collaborate with business leaders to plan hiring targets and execute recruitment strategies.
• Source top talent: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHyre, and IIMJobs to scout the best candidates.
• Drive the process end-to-end: Screen, interview, schedule, negotiate, and onboard candidates.
• Own candidate experience: Keep candidates engaged and excited from first contact to onboarding.
• Manage referrals & vendor relationships: Tap into internal networks and external partners to build strong talent pipelines.
• Track and optimize: Maintain hiring data, prepare reports, and continuously improve our recruitment processes.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in B2B/SaaS hiring.
• Deep understanding of GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) and G&A functions.
• Strong experience with ATS tools and various talent-hiring platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A sharp eye for talent and an obsession with hiring A+ players.
