Sigvaris is currently looking for a Financial Analyst/Project Coordinator to join our team in Peachtree City, GA.  As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products.  We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best.  The Financial Analyst/Project Coordinator is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting at Sigvaris, NA.  This role includes identifying key financial drivers, developing and completing ad hoc and ongoing analysis of these drivers, maintaining the files used to develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.  This position will also serve as the main point of contact for the Group Program Management Office in North America.  They serve as a go-to person for anyone looking to initiate a project in the region.


This position will function as a Financial Analyst 80 to 90% of the time.  The other 10-20% of the time will function as a Project Coordinator.


This is a hybrid position.  You are expected to be in the Peachtree City, GA office 2 days per week.


Peachtree City, GA is located in the South Metro Atlanta.  It is the largest city in Fayette County, GA.  Neighboring cities include Fayetteville, Tyrone, Jonesboro, Fairburn, and Newnan.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Financial Analyst:

     • Maintains all budget, forecast, and variance analysis files.

     • Works with cost center managers and sales leaders to develop budget and forecasts including template development, managing inputs, and consolidating data.

     • Produces monthly cost center variance reports and works with cost center managers to investigate, understand, explain and respond to monthly variances.

     • Develops monthly Sales, Market Expense and Admin Expense comments to explain variances from Budget/Forecast.

     • Assists in financial closing tasks as assigned.

     • Completes ad-hoc finance reports, investigations, and assigned projects.

     • Analyzes historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status and develop predictive financial models to support decision making.

     • Identifies and verifies cost out efforts.

     • Assists in evaluation of investment or acquisition opportunities including capital and project expenditure justifications and tracking of CIP projects.

     • Supports creation of financial presentations including creation of presentations, waterfalls, financial reports and other tools to clearly communicate financial results and plans.

     • Cash flow projections.

     • Additional duties as may be required.

     • Reviews and assists as required in the above tasks for Mexican and Canadian distribution entities.


Project Coordinator:

     • Enforces compliance on PMO processes and SIGVARIS GROUP Project Management methodology.

     • Identifies synergies among projects.

     • Highlights cross-project dependencies and facilitates communication between stakeholders.

     • Supports projects, coaches, mentors, and helps Project Managers.

     • Captures local risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

     • Supports the PMO in assessing project performance.

     • Collects and submits project reports.

     • Conducts project health checks as well as functional validations of projects.
