Main Responsibilities

1. Print the original B/L by ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping documentation standards.

2. Release the B/L in accordance with customer instructions and applicable regulatory provisions.

3. Verify payment and print receipts, and ensure that receipts are immediately provided to customers.

4. Follow up on customer requests regarding Shipping Requests (S/R) or Correction Advice (C/A) by ensuring updates are made in on time and accurate manner.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistic or a related field
2. Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
3. Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy in documentation.
4. Creative problem-solving skills to improve operational processes
5. Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining timely work
