The Role

The Fidelity Brokerage Talent & Learning team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and positively impacting business results. As Director, Learning Delivery you’ll directly impact the associate experience.  You’ll create impactful learning solutions by engaging in scoping, designing, developing, delivering and measuring innovative learning experiences. As a people manager, you will lead a team focused on designing and developing learning solutions.

In this role, you’ll bring a level of business acumen when working with leaders to translate their development needs while delivering impactful learning solutions that are forward thinking and growth oriented.

The expertise you have:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complex projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to scope requests, translate them into meaningful learning solutions that are forward thinking and growth oriented
  • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities to solve complex problems with ambiguous requirements
  • Excellent presentation, speaking and communication while influencing across the organization
  • A focus on learning impact using data analysis to identify key metrics that inform the approach and improve the learning experience
  • Experience with technical/technology roles or content preferred

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
