Job Description

Job Overview

SSD BU 

  • KIOXIA America’s SSD Business Unit is responsible for the overall business management of client, datacenter and enterprise SSD Products, including but not limited to NVMe, SAS, SATA, and Ethernet interfaced Flash solutions in North America and for North American based companies’ operations world-wide. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Manage weekly and monthly forecast consolidations, as well as associated meetings, presentations and management updates
  • Within the weekly business tracking framework, manage the revenue ranges associated to risk and opportunity action items, to minimize downside and drive upside results.  Ensure accurate pricing is incorporated into  PSI/WBT model to generate a revenue forecast based on latest quote/closed pricing
  • Develop revenue projection models to estimate impact from volume, mix, and pricing.
  • Drive closed loop for rebate/MDF processes ensuring right accruals to finance, to payment tracking and release of accruals
  • Drive quarterly scrap request review and disposition process: Work with planners to identify non-saleable aging inventories.  Work with finance team to submit approval request to HQ for scrap.  Execute final scrap action with 3PSP.
  • Lead tracking and review of aging/excess inventory and the disposition plan. Highlight areas of concern and reach consensus with BO teams on plan for consumption
  • Deliver quarterly Inventory Aging and DOS forecast based on BOH position and latest supply and latest demand forecast at SKU level for each OSC

Qualifications

  • BA/BS – Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in inventory management/revenue planning, supply chain field required, preferably in the semiconductor industry or related industry.
  • Experience in managing high performing teams preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability with forecasting and revenue planning required.
  • Detail oriented and passionate about numbers.  Highly motivated, passionate about their work and for the success of the company.
  • Confidence and credibility in presenting to senior executives.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven history of creative problem solving capability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including fluency with advanced Excel skills required, experience with Oracle suites such as Demantra required.

The expected salary for this position is $135,878 - 224,203.
