About the role
What You’ll Do:
Social Security Operations (Spain)
- Manage and process Social Security requests for Spanish clients.
- Prepare and submit declarations for:
- Sick leave, accidents, maternity/paternity leave.
- Employee transfers (company/branch), suspensions, retirements.
- Strikes and hiring/termination events.
- Generate and send debt certificates and employee reports (weekly/monthly).
- Handle shift changes (part-time/full-time) and working time updates.
- Resolve complex cases using SAP related to Spanish Social Security.
Support:
- Provide support to the French and Portuguese social security teams during peak activity periods
RPA Controller Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of automation robots.
- Maintain and update Process Definition Documents (PDD).
- Liaise with the RPA support team in India for troubleshooting.
Client-Facing Engagement
- Internal: Collaborate with Tier 2 and RPA teams.
- External: Own end-to-end client interactions and coordinate with Spanish Social Security organizations.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish Social Security regulations and procedures.
- Experience with SAP and RPA tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
