Job Description

Main Tasks:

• Preparation and implementation of overarching communication strategies incl. communication plan in the area of responsibility                           
• Event management
• Stakeholder management
• Preparation of new communications channels concepts.
• Content management from scratch to a final product (idea, concept, graphic, copywriting etc.)
• Definition, coordination and implementation of Group policies/guidelines for internal communication
• Collaboration on the basic design of corporate communications and activities; control of implementation
• Preparation of options and recommendations for action for the top management regarding communication measures
• Strategic project management

Additional Information

We have a very active Facilitator community, where our facilitators (Scrum Master, Agile Coaches, RTEs, SPCs, Coaches, Communication specialists...) support each other on a daily basis. While working in different teams and partially - some even full time - in home office, we kept our community alive.
