Diverse responsibilities: in this role, you will focus on supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the goal of enabling both to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. The COO requires an additional level of service and proactive support in complex situations. You will operate as the center of communication for your team; prepare professional business communications, coordinate travel arrangements and file expense reports. You will manage complex calendars for both executives, prioritize schedules, and identify and resolve conflicts. With your understanding of firm and executive priorities, you will support broader firm calendar planning and manage critical meetings and communications with internal employees and external clients.
- Collaborative work environment: You will be the point of contact for your team to the rest of the firm. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely and build relationships with colleagues across all departments.

This role also assists on special projects as needed, develops process improvement skills and gains exposure to project management. You will be a continuous learner adapting to new policies and procedures required to process and resolve personnel transactions, inquiries, and issues.
