Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical SEO Specialist with expertise in Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and site speed optimization to join our team. This role involves analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting technical aspects of websites to enhance search engine performance and user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::

Core Web Vitals Optimization
• Audit and improve LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), FID (First Input Delay), CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift)
• Optimize images, fonts, and third-party scripts for better performance
• Ensure smooth user experience across desktop and mobile

JavaScript SEO
• Analyze and optimize JavaScript rendering for SEO compatibility
• Work with developers to ensure proper SSR (Server-Side Rendering) or hydration strategies (e.g., prerendering, dynamic rendering)
• Debug crawling and indexing issues related to JavaScript-heavy websites

Site Speed & Performance Optimization
• Minimize render-blocking resources (CSS, JS)
• Implement lazy loading, caching strategies, and CDN optimizations
• Reduce DOM size and improve overall site structure

Technical SEO & Code Implementation
• Write and optimize mini scripts and structured data (JSON-LD, Schema markup)
• Implement canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
• Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and redirect issues

SEO Audits & Reporting
• Conduct SEO audits using Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, WebPageTest, and Screaming Frog
• Provide actionable recommendations for developers and content teams
• Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical SEO
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mini scripts for site speed optimization
• Familiarity with Google Core Web Vitals and Page Experience metrics
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
• Understanding of headless CMS, server-side rendering, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus
• Ability to work with developers and marketers to implement SEO best practices

PREFERRED:
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Cloudflare, or other performance tools
• Background in web development or UX optimization
