What You Will Do:

• Partner with Auburn CDC Leadership on Associate relations, and act as their HR liason.

• Collaborate on CDC strategy and execution with CDC Leadership Team.

• Provide guidance to Associates and Managers on interpretations of company policies and programs.

• Lead Associate development & succession planning initiatives.

• Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk.

• Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and take action.

• Collaborate on development of facility change management needs.

• Be point of contact for CDC/RDC Associates and HR liason for Managers company wide.

• Other duties as assigned. 

 

What You Will Bring:

• PHR or SPHR certification required, or obtain in 90 days after hire.

• 3-5  years of HR experience.

• Ability to see big picture and tie strategy to action.

• High empotional intelligence and broad people aligities.

• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to completion and meet deadlines.

• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Office and warehouse environment.

• 4 days per week onsite at the RDC, 1 WFH day.

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer and phone.

• Able to lift 20 pounds at times.

• Some travel to Service Centers and Sonepar Corporate.

 

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
• Pay is $62,700 to $85,500 annually, DOE.
