About The Career:

• The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the practice including overseeing all duties of the front and back office operations and makes key business decisions. Is responsible for proposing and managing budgets, ensuring the practice remains financially sustainable while delivering excellent customer service. The manager will represent the clinic at physician and senior leader-level meetings, as well as communicate with the clinic's medical staff, department heads, clinicians and other subordinate staff. Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the practice.

All About You:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 1-year healthcare office management experience including managing personnel.
• Working knowledge of applicable medical terminology preferred.
• Medical billing experience preferred.
