As a Regional Director you’ll be responsible for managing the operational performance of your team, offering ongoing support, mentorship, and fostering open communication. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure strong client relationships, while you drive seamless, efficient outcomes and consistently meet your annual performance targets.

We’re looking for a motivated professional who brings expert residential valuation skills, experience leading a team and exceptional communication and business development abilities.  

 
You’ll also bring: 

• CPV status 

• Leadership experience 

• Experience in the residential valuation sector 

• A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications 

• A keen attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong
