Gainsight Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Gainsight Administrator who is passionate about solving problems and delights in finding ways to use tools to build efficiency. The Support Operations team works across Sinch Email's global organization to enable our customers and the teams that support them with tools that guarantee a stellar customer experience!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain workflows and architecture that analyze customer data and trigger actions driving efficiency and promoting scalability
• Ensure all support systems operate smoothly and align with our quality and security standards
• Supervise support systems access and ensure licensing costs align to budget
• Serve as the main point of escalation for solving day to day tools issues
• Stay informed about the latest trends in Gainsight tooling to ensure value from existing tools and constantly evaluating new solutions
• Monitor system performance and provide day-to-day end user support to all levels of the CS organization

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Gainsight administration role
• Understanding of how to design and implement system changes (gathering requirements, design, testing and end user training)
• Results driven with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives
• Process driven, but flexible around business needs
• Experience with workflow mapping and licensing management
• Technologically savvy with high business and management acuity
• Ability to work on issues independently and multi-functionally to drive improvement initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail

Preferred

• BS in Business Management or relevant field
• Experience in a SaaS or Software company
• Experience working with international teams
• Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
• Gainsight NTX Admin Certification

The annual starting salary for this position is between $124,800 - 163,800.Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
