Summary:
Lincoln Electric is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst II. This On-Site Support Analyst position is a tier 2 position that supports all computer related functions within Lincoln Electric plants assigned. The On-Site Support, Analyst II performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, computer troubleshooting in an office/plant environment that includes desktop/portable and remote devices, all peripheral devices, application and enterprise system support; troubleshooting all computer hardware and software issues; performs computer repairs; installation and configuration of standard business software, as well as custom plant related software.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced technical knowledge to plan and lead the implementation of technical solutions.
- Responsible for the support of end-user desktop, laptop, phone, printers, mobile device hardware, software, and break/fix services.
- Works with moderate level of guidance: installs, maintains, tests, and repairs systems and networks, by responding to incidents and service requests either in person, by telephone, or via remote access.
- Provide timely resolution of incidents or escalations on behalf of the customer, to appropriate technical staff.
- Provides technical leadership and support as an individual contributor, and resolves problems of a comprehensive and complex nature while owning and tracking the issues through resolution.
- Uses guidelines/policies to analyze and resolve problems.
- As needed, the team member will also recommend hardware and software solutions, including new product acquisitions and upgrades. He\she may conduct training programs designed to educate organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.
- Deply, trouble-shoot and maintain network devices, PC’s, printers and UPS power equipment.
- Organize and lead service contractors and vendors supporting Information Technology infrastructure projects and objectives.
- Coordinate infrastructure and project initiatives across the plant.
- Participate in on call support (overnights & weekends).
- Working knowledge of new AV equipment being deployed at all facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all security, safety and environmental regulations and policies within work area at all times.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science ( or equivalent), and 3+years of experience supporting internal desktop systems, application training and overall incident ownership and management. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience is required.
- At least one relevant industry certification to include MCSA, A+, Network+, Security+.
- Advanced in supporting internal desktop systems software and hardware, application training, and overall incident ownership and management.
- 1-3 years of Technician level or Desktop experience in mission critical environment
- 1-3 years’ experience supporting Microsoft Desktop/Laptops, Apple technologies and Devices and network connectivity.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, including advanced troubleshooting.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to the Executive.
- Experience with Crowdstrike and SCCM for endpoint management and software delivery preferred.
- Familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and follow through with assignments preferred.
