Shipping Receiving and Delivery

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Delivery Specialist to support our day-to-day operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, handling local deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping:
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier standards.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation (e.g., packing slips, tracking info).
• Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers.
• Receiving:
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and equipment.
• Verify contents against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Organize and store received items in designated areas.
• Delivery:
• Perform local deliveries and pickups to/from customers.
• Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Inventory & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital inventory management systems.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials. 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or delivery roles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
