The Europe and North Africa CSR team’s role is to build and roll-out Accor CSR projects in the area, taking into account the diversity of the network (management type, countries, languages, culture, etc.).
Our mission is to support hotels and owners on their path to more sustainable practices, with a specific focus in 2024 on food waste, decarbonization, zero single use plastic, eco-labels and water.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the team on both key areas : project management and projects roll-out.
• Preparation of meetings: data consolidation and creation of PowerPoint support materials for owners, hotels, (=external) or operations directors (=internal) meetings,
• Preparation of Communications to owners and hotels and coordination with communication teams,
• Content creation of a quarterly CSR newsletter aimed at hotels and partners,
• Project management on specific CSR projects such as Green Awards,
• Projects progress monitoring and action plan : weekly reporting on carbon, plastic and ongoing projects,
• Answering to requests and consultations from hotels,
• Management of hotels’ and team’s support material library,

Qualifications

Studies undergoing:
▪ Bac +4 - Ecole de Commerce
▪ Any interesting journey linked to CSR / hospitality
Skills:
CSR sensitive
Curious and autonomous
Looking forward to work in an international environment (3 nationalities in the team)
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills: teamwork and collaboration
Ppt and Excel
Languages :
Fluent English and French,
3rd language appreciated (Spanish)
