Technical Delivery Manager - Cyber Operations Technology

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our Global Cyber Operations Technology team. With a focus on delivering automated security controls to our Global SecOps teams as part of securing cloud services and systems critical to Citi’s global operations, this role requires a blend of experience across cloud security, project management and agile software delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Technical Delivery Leadership: Run the execution of Cybersecurity projects across a breadth of required programs and requirements.

·         Threat-Informed Defense: Work with cross-functional threat-informed defense teams, ensuring proactive threat management and response strategies.

·         Agile Software Delivery: Facilitate agile software delivery processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of secure cloud solutions.

·         Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud security initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and ongoing support.

·         Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and monitoring frameworks to track the effectiveness of cloud security measures and identify areas for improvement.
