Maintenance Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a complete preventative maintenance schedule for all assets based on technical manual and OEM recommendations Ensures equipment and systems data are entered and maintained in CMMS; develops detailed maintenance procedures.
• Assist in organization of parts both physically and electronically to increase efficiency of maintenance and reduce downtime due to parts searching or lead times.
• Implement predictive analyses based on OEM and technical manual recommendations.
• Assist in developing a preventative maintenance (PM) program; maintains equipment history.
• Use AI assistance to write PM procedures for existing equipment.
• Build an encompassing critical spares list/program to ensure all critical spares on hand and immediately restocked upon use.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when necessary.
• Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety rules, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Basic knowledge of general mechanical parts preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, control drawings, and other technical data.
• Ability to make independent interpretations and make appropriate decisions.
• Ability to understand detailed and complete records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of persons.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance-management software program is preferred.

Education

• HS Diploma/GED Required.

Salary range: $30.23 - $37.79

The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
