About the role

 

Payroll Specialist Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Payroll Specialist.  The purpose of the Payroll Specialist is to process member payroll transactions.ADP WFN experience is required.IDS experience preferred


Job Responsibilities
  •  Processes payroll 
  •  Processes Personnel Action Forms
  •  Maintains various member receivables
  •  Ensures accurate coding of payroll transactions
  •  Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller/Payroll Manager
  • Process chargebacks and cancellations 
  •  Attends weekly department meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by Controller
Education and/or ExperienceHigh School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ADP Payroll Plus experience and/or training recommended.Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at t desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
