SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST

The Senior Financial Analyst of FP&A will use multiple models and modes of technology to track and highlight financial performance and investments returns for all locations.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis of business performance looking for trends in store performance
• Create models used to develop short term and long term forecasts based on key business drivers 
• Develop short term and full year forecasts for company’s sales, margins, EBITDA, and cash flow
• Provide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L, Statement of Cash flows, and Balance Sheet
• Develop models that will enable rollup of annual financial plans
• Track and highlight financial performance and investment returns for new stores
• Analyze sales and margin performance by product category, highlighting opportunities for margin improvement
• Work with Control team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects

• Comfortable managing sensitive data

 

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of financial analysis experience 
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling background
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience with retail or restaurant operations 
• SAP experience
