Essential Functions:

• Weld together metal parts, components, or structures; perform detailed welding techniques

• Have the ability to weld MIG on stainless steel and mild steel

• File, sand, grind, or polish metal

• Burn (cut), trim, or scarf metal objects

• Fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand

• Ability to use a PC and basic hand tools

• Ability to read, understand and identify blueprints and materials needed for each job

• Must be able to use various measuring devices

• Meet quality expectations by examining products or work to verify conformance to specifications and having attention to detail

• Understand and follow work instructions as applicable

• Comply with standard work practices and SOPs

• Segregate nonconforming or suspected nonconforming material real time and notify supervisor

• Maintain welding machines or equipment; keep area organized and clean

• Complies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures

Qualifications:

▪ High school diploma/GED required

▪ A minimum of one (1) years trade related

▪ Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.

▪ Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment

▪ Consistent attendance and punctuality

▪ Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Stand, sit, stoop, kneel or crouch for an extended amount of time

• Working in and/or around loud machinery

• The ability to handle repetitive motion
