Project Manager

The Project Manager should be experienced in all aspects of our program management position:

• Directing the day-to day management of the team
• Create project plans that outline the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve client goals; provide strategic planning when necessary
• Lead project meetings to successfully coordinate work activity
• Lead, train, and develop project team members
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports that outline project priorities and any issues/recommended resolutions
• Work with Facility Security Officer to submit all required documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in contract execution, employee performance, interviewing and onboarding staff
• Must be familiar with aspects of the forfeiture process such as: advertising orders, seizure notice letters, probable cause statements, petition receipt letters, and declarations of administrative forfeiture, etc.
• Experience in projects involving asset forfeiture/confiscation of property or finances
• Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• PMP Certification preferred
• Must meet all security eligibility background investigation requirements
• Must be a citizen of the United States
