In this role you will be partnering with the Product Owners, Business Partners, Internal IT Delivery Leads, and other Stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure the teams have support, clarity, and opportunities to be successful. In addition, you will lead by removing roadblocks, so that the teams can focus on delivery.
You will make an impact by:
- Leading change with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors and to provide a secure environment where team members can grow as they learn through the agile transformation.
- Leading the team in the Scrum methodology, ensuring that all Scrum events take place, staying true to the methodology.
- Facilitating Scrum processes and events, enabling team growth and effectiveness by leveraging data-driven metrics.
- Partnering with team members one-on-one to provide focused coaching, ensuring the team works cohesively within the Scrum framework.
- Creating an agile mindset focused on agile values and principles, leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation, delivering high-value increments that meet the "Definition of Done".

- Enabling teams to develop sprint goals and quality incremental delivery through servant leadership.
- Promoting self-organization and cross-functionality within the team by coaching for high performance.
- Facilitating communication and partnership inside and outside the team.
- Leading the team to understand the "why" in any situation, emphasizing value delivery.
- Promoting and recognizing out-of-the-box thinking within the team.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of related technical experience, hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodology, principles, practices, and ceremonies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile software development environment.
- Experience with implementing Agile@Scale or other scaled agile frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to guide and mentor Scrum teams.
- Leadership skills to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders towards Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues within the team.
- Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
- Good understanding of IT procedures and the ability to address issues impacting the team and beyond.
- Ability to develop and integrate metrics demonstrating IT value to the business.
- Professional interaction skills across all organizational levels with proactive issue escalation to management.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization.
