Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Technology Manager to lead our Integration Services function. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational stability, and delivering business process integrations built on WebMethods and MFT platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide teams, partner with stakeholders, and enable seamless technology-driven business solutions.Job Description
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire the Integration Services technology team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and execute integration service strategies aligned with business priorities and the enterprise technology roadmap.
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, design, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Oversee evaluation, selection, and deployment of best-in-class integration platforms to enhance business connectivity.
Manage, coach, and mentor project and support teams to achieve delivery excellence.
Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of integration services in production environments.
Guide teams through organizational, technology, and process change initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging integration technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related technical field is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 8 or more years of technology experience; 4-6 years of direct supervision experience preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience in managing data integration and event streaming platforms.
Strong understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid integration strategies and technologies.
Proven track record of delivering multiple mission-critical systems with a strong focus on execution and quality.
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Experience in developing technology roadmaps, resource plans, and managing budgets to drive financial success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance improvements.
Expertise in vendor and partner management, including RFP preparation and execution.
Influential communicator, capable of building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead teams to quick and effective resolutions.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams, including co-sourced and remote resources.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Experience leading digital transformation and change initiatives.
Proficient in establishing and driving the strategy for enterprise integration platforms.
Familiarity with Kafka, API management, and other industry-standard integration and event streaming platforms.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, cloud-native applications, and AI-powered integration solutions.
Utility industry experience is a plus.
