The Lead Trust Processor TCSG is responsible for managing a centralized team of non-client facing Trust Specialists and Administrative Assistants accountable for providing superior customer service to Trust clients and key partners in through clerical and transactional processing of preparing, maintaining, and completing Trust accounts including required mailing.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversees and develops a team of Trust Processors and Administrative Support specialized in the day-to-day transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, transfers or other routine transactions.
- Develops policies and procedures to ensure the team makes prudent decisions across the business, with respect to administration of accounts, and overall risk management for the division.
- Responds to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate level of authority.
- Monitors risk metrics and ensures timely, accurate completion of all activities, control partner requests and data remediation.
- Develops partnership and collaboration with internal business partners, including Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors.
- Participates in management level committees.
- Inspires confidence and holds team accountable for timely execution and follow-up.

2024-11-30Base Pay Range: $80,000/yr. - $100,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
