Support Delivery Engineer

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at TD SYNNEX as a Technical Support Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. You will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, and networked technologies. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, especially in situations where initial support efforts have not resolved the issue.

What You'll Do:

• First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for vendor client tickets related to network technologies, ensuring timely resolutions in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Identify root causes and conduct in-depth analysis using network engineering principles and vendor-specific guidelines, both in live environments and remotely.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions and obtain necessary certifications to stay current with industry standards and vendor requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in technical support or network engineering.

• Education: Some college education is required; a degree in network engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Net+, and Sec+ are essential. Additional industry-recognized certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and other local/regional languages.

  • Proficiency in using common office equipment and relevant computer systems at various levels.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.

  • Capacity to adapt to change and manage stress effectively.

Working Conditions:

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

• On-call availability required as necessary.

• Remote / Work-from-home.

• Professional, office environment.

Annual Pay Range Requirement:  

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.   

• Hiring Salary Range: $56,100.00 - $64,000.00 USD
