Job Description

By connecting our expertise across services, markets, and geographies, we manage outcome-driven projects that deliver social, economic and environmental value. These include programs of critical national importance in defense, transport, water, clean energy, environmental clean-up, international development and disaster recovery, as well as the shaping of many of the world’s major cities.
We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Solutions Lead to join our program team based in Coral Gables, FL.
As the Digital Systems Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and integration of all digital systems required for the successful execution of a major capital infrastructure program. This is a critical role that requires technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of digital technologies related to large-scale complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to identify digital system requirements and define the overall digital strategy for the program.
- Evaluate and select appropriate digital systems, and tools that align with program objectives
- Oversee the deployment and integration of various digital systems to ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and compatibility across the program
- Develop and implement robust data management protocols to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and secure handling of project-related data and documentation.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to verify the accuracy and reliability of digital systems, models, and data.
- Provide training and technical support to project team members to ensure effective utilization of digital systems and software.
- Communicate regularly with program stakeholders, providing updates on digital system implementation, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Identify potential risks related to digital systems implementation and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and industry best practices, seeking opportunities to improve program efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field + 10 years in leading digital system implementations for large-scale infrastructure programs of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
