Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to support our Employee Experience digital transformation initiatives within the Finance & Accounting area. This role will be pivotal in identifying and developing innovative program solutions that empower talent, unlock employee productivity, and drive more effective business partnering. The Product Owner will work closely with the Employee Experience Product Manager, HR, Communications, Change Management, and Learning and Development counterparts to deliver on people and talent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in driving towards vision, objectives and key results laid out under Employee Experience as part of Finance Digital Transformation

  • Serve as a strategic business and thought partner to Finance leaders and counterparts

  • Support the design, prioritization, and continuous improvement of Finance360 functional learning experiences, translating Finance capability needs into clear learning requirements, curating function-specific content and pathways, and ensuring learning is embedded into Finance talent initiatives

  • Partner with Enterprise L&D and relevant HR CoEs to leverage enterprise learning architecture, platforms, programs, and instructional design expertise rather than duplicating core learning solutions.

  • Support the evaluation, design and launch of people and talent programs across finance in collaboration with HR Talent and Culture COE (e.g., rotational program, onboarding, mentorship, community of practice, etc.)

  • Facilitate workshops or working sessions with key stakeholders to gather input and refine deliverables

  • Support the operation and sustainment of talent programs in alignment with HR enterprise strategy and agreed upon process and working model

  • Work with Product Owner counterparts in ‘Continuous Improvement’ and ‘Financial Solutions’ to understand degree of change and impacted stakeholders

  • Support change and communication enablement in collaboration with the Product Manager, Communication and Change Management teams

  • Produce outputs or deliverables that contribute to the objectives and key results (e.g., communication, programs, microsite, etc.)

  • Support change management execution in alignment with Communication/Change enterprise strategy and agreed upon process and working model

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of initiatives

  • Support program governance activities, such as status reporting and executive readouts

  • Draft user stories and manage the user story lifecycle, from Draft to Done, in JIRA

  • Willingness to travel

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, people and talent or related experience in a Finance & Accounting setting

  • Experience in assessing, designing, and implementing people/talent solutions

  • Experience in building roadmaps and logically sequencing recommendations, while accounting for parallel or dependent initiatives

  • Experience with SAFe©  Agile ways of working, JIRA or Azure DevOps, certification preferred

  • Demonstrated career progression in roles with increased influence and leadership

Skills and Knowledge

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement; ability to synthesize complex ideas or scenarios into a simple and concise manner

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including cross-functional teams within and outside of finance (e.g., Accounting, Commercial, IT, HR, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Ability to work effectively and build trust with people at all levels in an organization

  • Experience influencing in a large, matrixed, global environment

  • Strong desire for self-improvement and willingness to grow one’s career; open to feedback, mentoring, and coaching
