GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Grounds Technician & Maintenance Trainee in Clovis, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!

The Grounds Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of the apartment community, including buildings, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas. Must have 1 year of current and proven work experience to be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:

• Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
• Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
• Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
• Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Requirements

Requirements for Grounds Technician:

• Minimum 1 year of current and proven work experience
• 6 months of maintenance experience is a plus
• Excellent Customer Service
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.)
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule
