We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead the change management workstream for a large-scale process and technology transformation program. The ideal candidate will be a strategic change leader with a strong track record of managing significant organizational changes within complex organizations. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems, while helping minimize disruption, and maximizing employee engagement.

Highlights of your role

Change Management Strategy

  • Develop an overarching change management strategy in partnership with an external System Implementation partner.
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of the change strategy across multiple stakeholder groups and throughout multiple phases of the program.
  • Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments, track change readiness, and design and support stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Partner with the Marvin change management team to establish internal best practices and tools, and support the ongoing education of Marvin leaders on the practice of change management.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Support communication and collaboration between various stakeholders, including business and technical teams, program partners, and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops, strategic interviews, surveys, and other techniques to understand complex changes and stakeholder needs.

Training and Support

  • Collaborate with internal Marvin teams to design the training strategy and oversee the development and delivery of training for the program.
  • Provide support and coaching to employees and managers to help them become successful leaders of change.

Communication

  • Drive the overall communication strategy for the program and oversee team members responsible for developing and implementing change communication plans.
  • Create and help deliver clear, concise, and compelling change communications to various audiences including executives, program team members, key business stakeholders, and others.

Risk Management

  • Identify, analyze, and manage risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Performance Measurement

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies. Monitor progress, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify recommendations for optimization.

Continuous Improvement

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

Compensation

$116,000-150,000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • 8+ years of experience in change management with a focus on enterprise-wide technology or platform initiatives.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Experience leading and supporting change management on complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience directing, managing and mentoring a team.
  • Understand how to facilitate adoption of new behaviors across a variety of stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of leading through influence and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels within an organization and with various roles (technical, non-technical) both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end and set and drive strategies independently with minimal manager supervision.
  • Understanding of how and when to communicate and excel at communicating verbally, in writing, and through strongly crafted presentations.
  • Possess an innate curiosity and have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research and developing insights.
  • Lead with collaboration and being a team player.
