工作內容
- 負責国际业务招聘工作；
- 根據公司招聘需求情況，通過各種管道搜尋、甄別合適的候選人；
- 負責簡歷篩選、安排面試、人員錄用、員工入職等相關事宜；
- 收集市場訊息，協助制定招聘計畫，開發招聘管道；
- 管理組織內各部門的全周期招聘流程，包括尋找、篩選、面試和評估候選人。
任職資格
- 具備大學學歷，人力資源管理、企業管理等商管相關科系尤佳；
- 良好的普通話及英語溝通讀寫能力；
- 工作踏實，有親和力，具有團隊合作意識及可獨立工作；
- 可馬上到崗，優先考慮；
- 熟悉區塊鏈、加密貨幣行業優先考慮。
