Reports to (Title): Supervisor - Customer Billing

This position's base salary range depends upon experience and location, ranging from $ 62,964 to $78,705.

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, and other relationships:

Provides support to customer service, metering, billing, and net energy billing, with a focus on Community Distributed Generation (CDG) and Remote Net Metering (RNM). Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of billing, internal control, and CEO Certification compliance and documentation, and resolving any billing or reporting problems or issues as they arise. Supports the implementation of system changes. Strong desire to satisfy the customer. Reports for duty in storm situations.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

Completes billing and crediting tasks associated with RNM and CDG accurately and timely. Interacts professionally with stakeholders and customers to resolve inquiries. Provides support to RNM and CDG external billing team. Supports the implementation of system changes and assists with the development of new processes.  Activities may include but are not limited to developing new processes, testing, and implementation, and system interfaces to other work processes.  Supports major/critical projects and the development of strategies and plans to achieve key corporate objectives Other billing functions if/when business needs dictate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred, or three to five years of relevant Billing or Customer Care experience.
• Experience with SAP and Customer Relationship Management and Billing. (CRMB) applications highly desirable.
• Experience with customer service policies, practices, filed rate tariffs, and billing
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

• Strong decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products and SAP-CRMB
