SUMMARY:
Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Clinical Supervisor for the Child and Adolescent Group Therapy Services (CAGS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The salary range for this position starts at $65,000 annually for full-time employees.

- Education: Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensure: Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required. Supervisory designation strongly preferred.
- Skills/Competencies: Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy.
- Experience: Proven experience in public relations, community development and both clinical and administrative supervision.
- Must have experience in working with children, adolescents and their families.
- Other: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency’s insurance company. Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in own vehicle.

SUMMARY:
Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Clinical Supervisor for the Child and Adolescent Group Therapy Services (CAGS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees.
- Provide clinical supervision and trainings to CAGS Staff and Field Placement Students.
- Facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients as designed by the treatment team.
- Assure all documents are up-to-date, including but not limited to: PDE, ITP, ICMP.
- Collaborate with parents, case managers, school personnel and other professionals on an as-needed basis to facilitate clients’ treatment progress.
- Review and approve daily clinical progress notes of CAGS staff and Field Placement Students in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
- Review all proposed group curricula, ensuring that all curricula are based upon individual client treatment goals and supported by treatment plans.
- Participate in research activities to provide for the evaluation of the program’s effectiveness and consumer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.<
