Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative focuses on collaborating closely with our Sales Representatives and Customers to fulfill their needs. This role involves interacting with customers regarding order placements, delivery scheduling, external communications, and internal plant communications.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing multiple accounts
• Processing and expediting orders
• Managing finished goods inventory
• Handling external and internal communication for orders & releases
• Coordinating timely deliveries

     

Qualifications

• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but no experience is required.
