We are looking for a General Laborer Temp for our Huntersville, NC facility. In this role you will be responsible for performing various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. We are currently seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with manual tools and are looking for growth opportunities within a dynamic organization.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

• Operate various manual tools and automated equipment to aid in processing 3D printed metal components
• Assisting with the assembly, installation, or repair of 3D printed metal components
• Conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with strict standards
• Assist in metal powder preparation including sieving, blending, drying and bottling
• Assist in setting up 3D printers and completing post build clean ups
• Assist in inventory control
• Assist in shipping and receiving
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Keeping work areas clean and organized

 

Your Profile:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but may substitute for experience, attitude and work ethic
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident / green card holder
• Consistent and on-time attendance to assigned work schedule.
• While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, we also welcome individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
