What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at the Britton Woods Apartments, a 352-unit community located in Dublin, Ohio. As a Groundskeeper at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for:

• The overall upkeep of the apartment community landscape and exterior image in accordance with the Company standards
• Removal of litter and debris, maintaining the landscape, sweeping, and shoveling public spaces including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, and dumpster areas 

 

The ideal Groundskeeper will have:

• Basic knowledge or experience in lawn, tree, and shrub care 
• Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance preferred
• Ability to work full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and flexible as needed
