Regency Oaks is looking for a hospitality focused Administrative Assistant-Plant Ops.  The Plant Operations Coordinator assists the Director of Plant Operations and the Plant Operations team with daily operations, administrative functions, financial-related tasks, and special projects.  The role ensures the efficient management of facilities and resources while maintaining a high level of service and operational excellence.

Who you are:

  • One year of experience in facilities management or a related administrative role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.  Proficient in office systems and software, MS office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.  Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with facilities management software and work order systems.  
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in administrative functions and special projects such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assist with scheduling and timekeeping.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. 

Work Schedule : Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour
