• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements, including managing and overseeing the development and enhancement of dynamic financial models for strategic financial planning of new, expanding or repositioning retirement communities or systems. 
• Manage prospective reporting and feasibility studies, evaluating the reasonableness and supportability of organization’s plans for capital projects for regulatory, strategic and/or financing requirements. 
• Oversee comprehensive market research initiatives, providing strategic direction and quality assurance to support both internal planning and client-facing deliverables. 
• Review and approve client deliverables, offering detailed feedback to staff on drafting, formatting, and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. 
• Facilitate and lead high-level client meetings, delegating preparation tasks, documenting key discussion points, and ensuring timely follow-up while coaching staff on effective client communication.
